Holly wanted to know every detail about the course and the expectations that were required from her in terms of the delivery of what was required. Holly came back with a professional presentation of both theory and practical content which meant that every student who completed the training was accommodated for. The training that Holly did with the students also allowed us to complete Witness Statement sheets for the Btec course. Holly was very professional with the students, being polite and patient with them at all times. The handbook that Holly handed out has also been completed by every student and has been used as evidence of another task with the unit. I would recommend Holly to any school looking for some up-to-date information on First Aid (as long as its not at the same time as I am getting her in)."
